Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language difficulties
  • Design and implement individualized interventions and therapy sessions
  • Set measurable goals and track student progress with precise documentation
  • Maintain open, effective communication with families, teachers, and related service providers
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute valuable clinical insight
  • Educate and involve caregivers in the therapeutic process to maximize student growth
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment conducive to each learner’s needs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CFY) seeking school-based experience
  • Previous exposure to pediatric or school-aged clients highly desirable
  • Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and adaptable problem-solving
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
