Key qualifications and experience desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in K-12 educational settings encouraged
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams, students, and families
- Organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with staff to ensure student success
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
