Key qualifications and experience desired:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (or eligibility)
  • Previous experience in K-12 educational settings encouraged
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams, students, and families
  • Organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic environments

Primary responsibilities:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with staff to ensure student success
  • Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with teachers, parents, and administrators
