Step into a rewarding role supporting students near Woodbridge, NJ this fall! Three full-time Speech-Language Pathologists are needed on a contract basis for anticipated 12-week maternity leave coverage, starting in September 2026. These onsite positions offer 35+ hours per week within vibrant elementary school settings, focusing on preschool through 5th grade. Two placements will be with schools known for strong Autism and preschool populations, offering opportunities to make a significant impact in K-5 classrooms. The third assignment will be at a location to be determined and will also serve elementary students.

Preferred candidates will possess their CCCs, though Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered if they are able to secure their own supervision (onsite supervision cannot be provided). Candidates must have a valid NJ SLP License and NJ SLS Certification. SLPAs are not eligible for these roles.

What you’ll bring:
• Active NJ SLP License and NJ SLS Certification
• Strong interest or previous experience working with Autism and preschool populations
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in an elementary school setting
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse student needs
• Preference given to CCC-SLPs, though CFs with outside supervision are welcome

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary and preschool-aged students
• Complete assessments, develop, and implement IEPs
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reporting
• Serve as an integral member of multidisciplinary teams
