This full-time contract opportunity offers an engaging position for a speech-language pathologist with a strong background in school-based practice. Serving K-12 students throughout the entire school year, you’ll make a meaningful difference helping children find their voices and achieve their communication goals.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience providing services in a healthcare, pediatric, or educational setting preferred
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload of K-12 students
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and school staff
  • Commitment to upholding best practices and compliance in documentation and service delivery

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and implement speech and language therapy services for students K-12
  • Develop and update individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
  • Provide direct therapy, consultative support, and teletherapy services as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports consistent with school and state requirements
  • Engage in regular communication with teachers, parents, and support personnel to maximize student outcomes
  • Participate in professional development and maintain current knowledge in the field
