Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) certification.
  • Previous experience delivering SLP services in schools strongly preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IEP processes and special education compliance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff.
  • Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to individual student needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals.
  • Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress.
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation of services, progress notes, and required reports.
  • Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and school activities.
  • Provide direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in groups, based on student needs.
