Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations strongly desired
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of IEP implementation and documentation standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Conduct screenings and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with school guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and remain current with best practices and district policies
