Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or the ability to obtain licensure before start)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome
  • Previous experience in a school setting is an advantage
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
  • Ability to develop IEPs and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Adaptable and organized, with a passion for helping diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide screenings, evaluations, and therapeutic interventions for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Create individualized treatment plans and support the achievement of IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
  • Document services, maintain accurate records, and contribute to student progress reports
  • Consult with educators to integrate speech-language strategies within the classroom
  • Participate in professional development and school-related meetings as needed
