Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or the ability to obtain licensure before start)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome
- Previous experience in a school setting is an advantage
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Ability to develop IEPs and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Adaptable and organized, with a passion for helping diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide screenings, evaluations, and therapeutic interventions for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans and support the achievement of IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
- Document services, maintain accurate records, and contribute to student progress reports
- Consult with educators to integrate speech-language strategies within the classroom
- Participate in professional development and school-related meetings as needed
