Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure for practicing as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered)
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage and serve students across K-12 with a variety of communication needs
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student goals and state requirements
  • Provide direct therapy sessions and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports for each student
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and relevant school events
  • Offer support and education to staff and families regarding student needs and progress
