School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Woodbridge, Virginia

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Virginia SLP license
• Demonstrated experience in school settings, particularly with elementary students
• Comfortable managing an elementary caseload as a solo SLP on campus
• Complete all time-sensitive onboarding requirements, including a TB test and a district background check conducted on-site with HR

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations for elementary students
• Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Offer direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with classroom teachers and faculty
• Engage with families and staff to support each student's communication goals
