Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP state licensure
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in a diverse K-12 student population
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with students’ IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress and provide timely reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for educational planning
  • Offer consultation and training to teachers and school staff as needed
