School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Woodbridge, Virginia

What You'll Bring:

• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility
• Prior experience serving school-aged children as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong knowledge of articulation, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent time management and communication skills

Your Daily Impact:

• Provide diagnostic assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for eligible students
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions to small groups and individual students
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Consult with teachers and staff to integrate effective communication strategies throughout the classroom
• Support and guide families regarding students’ speech and language progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities as needed
