Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP license (or eligibility) for Virginia
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs considered
• Previous school-based experience is an asset but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, student-focused therapy services

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Provide direct therapy and consultation across a variety of caseloads and age groups
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, evaluations, and compliance records
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student success
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development
