Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Woodburn, OR

Multiple full-time contract positions are available for Speech-Language Pathologists to join dedicated early intervention teams from July 6, 2026, through June 11, 2027. You’ll work with children from birth to age 3, conducting evaluations, developing and delivering therapy, and supporting both families and Individualized Family Services Plan (IFSP) teams in Salem and South Marion County.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon licensure as an SLP, or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) applicants welcomed
• Prior experience with early intervention, birth-to-three, or preschool-aged populations strongly desired
• Background in school-based, healthcare, pediatric, or teletherapy settings is a plus
• Exceptional ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in infants and toddlers
• Partner with families to set goals and deliver therapy within home or community environments
• Participate in IFSP meetings and contribute to team planning
• Document services in compliance with district and early intervention requirements
• Communicate progress and recommendations clearly with caregivers and professionals
