Make a real difference in early childhood education as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting preschool learners in Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties. This contract opportunity places you at the forefront of early intervention, using your expertise to help children ages 3–5 build foundational communication skills. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals for multiple full-time openings, delivering essential speech and language services in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of young learners to determine their speech and language needs
  • Design and deliver individual and group therapy sessions for preschool children
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary IEP teams, families, and early childhood educators
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and professional standards
  • Advocate for best practices in early intervention and child-centered care

We’re looking for candidates who bring:

  • A valid Oregon SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcomed
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children, with a passion for supporting early development
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms (a plus) and commitment to effective remote service delivery if needed
