Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Woodburn, OR

Take the next step in your career by supporting preschool-aged children as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time contract position focuses on working with 3- to 5-year-olds across select locations in Salem, Polk County, and Yamhill County. The assignment runs from August 21, 2026, through June 9, 2027, covering a 190-day school-based calendar. You'll collaborate closely with educators and families to nurture each child’s communication skills and overall development.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
• Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) considered
• State licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Experience in pediatric or school settings highly valued
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is beneficial
• SLPA experience is an asset but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to preschool students (3–5 years old)
• Conduct assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Deliver both in-person and teletherapy services as needed
• Consult with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Monitor, record, and report on the outcomes of therapy sessions and student development
• Participate in professional development to support exceptional service delivery
