Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Experience in schools, or a desire to support K-12 students with diverse needs
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students across various grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to enhance communication and learning outcomes
- Deliver direct therapy, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to ensure positive student growth
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding documentation and reporting
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute expert input to support student success
