School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Woodford, Virginia

Make an impact in the lives of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive school setting near Woodford, VA. This full-time contract position offers 37.5 hours per week and invites both experienced SLPs with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) to apply. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic educational team to provide essential speech and language services within a K-12 caseload. Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Virginia
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work with a diverse student population (K-12)
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the team environment
• Provide both direct and consultative services as needed across grade levels
