Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP license in Washington or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Previous pediatric and/or school-based experience
  • Proficiency in implementing individualized IEP goals and conducting relevant assessments
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, individually and in groups
  • Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Perform screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with educational and healthcare standards
