This contract-based, part-time position offers speech-language pathologists the chance to work onsite in a Pre K-8th education environment, contributing to students’ overall development and success. The assignment begins in August 2026 and continues through May 2027, with flexible scheduling between 16–24 hours per week.
Applicants should bring clinical expertise and a passion for working within school-based settings. You’ll play a key role in fostering language, articulation, and communication skills vital for student achievement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Experience as an SLP within school environments
- Knowledge of IEP processes and state compliance guidelines
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working collaboratively with educators and families
Key Duties:
- Provide direct SLP services to Pre K–8th grade caseload
- Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and deliver therapy as required
- Develop participation reports and contribute to developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
- Serve as a resource for teachers and families regarding communication disorders and interventions
- Support a positive and inclusive educational environment
