School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Woodland, California

You will be working with a caseload of approximately 25-35 young learners, fostering growth and progress throughout the academic year.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience or strong interest in working within school-based settings
• Will consider out-of-state applicants ready to obtain their California SLP license
• Ability to engage and motivate early childhood populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized plans
• Monitor progress and provide timely documentation aligned with educational standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multi-disciplinary approach to student care
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging learning environment for every child
