Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current, valid SLP licensure for the state (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Preferred previous experience in a school environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to K–12 students, addressing a range of communication needs
  • Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility determinations for speech-language services
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Work closely with teachers and staff to support students’ educational goals
  • Maintain detailed and compliant records of therapy sessions, progress, and communication with families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required

This assignment features a consistent, 40-hour workweek from August 10, 2026, through May 26, 2027, allowing you to make a meaningful impact across an entire academic year.
