Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date
- School-based SLP experience preferred; strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Confidence in providing services to pre-school aged children
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to pre-school students as determined by IEPs
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress reporting
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to developing individualized treatment plans
- Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Offer guidance and education to caregivers and staff on communication enhancement strategies
This position offers a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, stability throughout the academic year, and pay rates ranging from $45 to $60 per hour, reflecting your expertise and dedication.
