Embark on a rewarding contract assignment supporting pre-school students with speech and language needs in a school-based setting near Woodland Park, CO. This full-time opportunity begins August 17, 2026, and continues through May 28, 2027, offering you nearly a full academic year to make a positive impact. Work with a manageable caseload of approximately 40-45 students per week, all within the pre-school age group, and help shape the communication skills that set a foundation for lifelong learning.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date
  • School-based SLP experience preferred; strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Confidence in providing services to pre-school aged children
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to pre-school students as determined by IEPs
  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress reporting
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to developing individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Offer guidance and education to caregivers and staff on communication enhancement strategies

This position offers a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, stability throughout the academic year, and pay rates ranging from $45 to $60 per hour, reflecting your expertise and dedication.
