This full-time contract opportunity focuses on working with a welcoming and supportive elementary caseload—all at a single convenient site.

Your knowledge in pediatric speech and language therapy will be instrumental in helping students develop effective communication skills and achieve academic success. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team of educational professionals, implement individualized treatment plans, and observe student progress throughout the school year.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Colorado SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
  • Ability to design and implement effective therapy sessions for school-aged children
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for elementary students
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students on-site
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support students’ communication development within classroom settings
  • Maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
