Your primary location will be a welcoming elementary school environment, collaborating with education professionals and engaging directly with students to help them communicate and thrive academically and socially. This contract runs from ASAP through approximately October 2, 2026, offering stability and the chance to truly connect with your caseload.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current, valid SLP license
  • Active GaPSC SLP Educator Certification required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school environment
  • Ability to adapt and engage young learners in individual and group settings
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students ages 5-11
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy in both group and one-on-one settings
  • Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize student success
  • Maintain consistent, accurate documentation and progress reporting
  • Attend relevant meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts
