Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Valid state license to practice as an SLP
  • Recent experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently; no supervision or CF/SLPA support needed
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized speech and language therapy to students with mild to moderate impairments
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine eligibility and develop goals
  • Create individualized intervention plans to address students’ communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ academic and social progress
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Share recommendations and strategies with educational staff for classroom support
