Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Woodstock, VT

Make an impact supporting students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. Desired Experience and Skills:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous work experience in K-12 schools preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse student populations
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective therapy plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records for students served
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress reviews as an integral member of the support team
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions to support students’ learning and engagement
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and participation
