Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Texas SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA CCCs preferred; open to strong CFY candidates
- Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous, though not mandatory
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with children and empowering diverse learners
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and track service delivery
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team activities, and ongoing professional development
- Adapt therapy methods to meet students’ unique needs and foster communication skills in inclusive settings
