School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Woodville, Texas

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Texas SLP license or eligibility
• ASHA CCCs preferred; open to strong CFY candidates
• Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous, though not mandatory
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Passion for working with children and empowering diverse learners

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and track service delivery
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team activities, and ongoing professional development
• Adapt therapy methods to meet students’ unique needs and foster communication skills in inclusive settings
