What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid SLP license for the state of Rhode Island and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF).
  • Bilingual proficiency is essential; candidates must comfortably deliver therapy and assessments in more than one language.
  • Previous experience in a school-based or teletherapy setting highly preferred.
  • Passion for supporting student growth and a collaborative approach to working with educators, parents, and support staff.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Please note: SLPAs are not being considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload of students two days per week, with flexibility to arrange your schedule on Monday, Wednesday, and/or Friday.
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and document student progress.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, student-centered services.
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to maximize access to support.
