Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and certification (CCC required or strong CF candidates considered)
  • Bilingual proficiency required
  • Experience providing services in pediatric or school-based settings
  • Comfortable with teletherapy platforms
  • Not open to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy for students with various communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, families, and other clinicians
  • Conduct evaluations using evidence-based practices and document progress effectively
  • Offer services both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings to review student progress and adjust goals
  • Serve as a resource to staff and parents regarding communication disorders and therapy strategies
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies and legal requirements
