Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) in Rhode Island
• Clinical expertise in pediatric communication disorders
• Experience in educational or healthcare-based SLP settings (schools, teletherapy, or pediatric healthcare preferred)
• Open to candidates currently in or entering their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Comfortable providing teletherapy services as needed
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide direct therapy for students
• Track student progress and adapt therapy plans to meet individual needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support academic and social development
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and federal guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and share progress updates
• Leverage teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery as necessary
