Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Demonstrated experience working within schools (must-have)
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Proficiency in record-keeping and progress documentation
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments and therapy to K-12 students
- Write, review, and update IEP goals and progress notes
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student growth
- Deliver therapy sessions individually and in small groups
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
- Maintain compliance with all state and school guidelines
