Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for Massachusetts
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Demonstrated experience working within schools (must-have)
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Proficiency in record-keeping and progress documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments and therapy to K-12 students
  • Write, review, and update IEP goals and progress notes
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student growth
  • Deliver therapy sessions individually and in small groups
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
  • Maintain compliance with all state and school guidelines
