Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school environment
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students' unique needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on student performance
  • Participate in meetings regarding student IEPs and progress monitoring
  • Manage travel requirements to and from school locations as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure and certification as an SLP
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and be flexible with travel demands

Location:

  • Worcester, Massachusetts, with travel required between schools within the district
