School Speech Language Pathologist - Wyoming, MN

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (state-specific for assignment)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or related setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs, evaluation procedures, and evidence-based therapy practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative spirit with the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
• Develop and implement effective, individualized therapy plans
• Provide therapy services in both individual and group settings as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to support student progress
• Document services, student progress, and maintain accurate, compliant records
• Participate in IEP meetings and help set measurable goals
• Educate staff and families on communication strategies and resources
