What We’re Looking For:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (state-specific for assignment)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or related setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEPs, evaluation procedures, and evidence-based therapy practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
- Develop and implement effective, individualized therapy plans
- Provide therapy services in both individual and group settings as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to support student progress
- Document services, student progress, and maintain accurate, compliant records
- Participate in IEP meetings and help set measurable goals
- Educate staff and families on communication strategies and resources
