Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current SLP license (State of Minnesota or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but not mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans and IEPs
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and staff for holistic student support
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Foster a supportive, engaging environment that encourages student success
