K-12 School Speech Language Pathologist

Enjoy the outdoors on the Missouri River in a rural city yet not far from larger cities like Sioux City and Sioux Falls. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, assessments and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing and language impairments.
• Contribute to student IEPs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation and social communication.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school staff to implement interventions.
• Work in a K-12 school setting 

Experience:
Previous SLP experience with the K-12 age group, preferably in school settings or involving IEPs

Education:

• South Dakota SLP License or other state SLP License
  • It is possible to interview prior to obtaining South Dakota license
• Masters Level Speech Degree

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract, Full school-year

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 37 hours per week
