Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist)
• CCC-SLP or eligibility; CFYs are welcome
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy settings preferred
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload of 55-60 students across elementary and secondary levels
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based SLP services to elementary and secondary students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, collaborating closely with teachers and families
• Provide in-person and, if needed, teletherapy services
• Maintain diligent documentation to ensure compliance
• Act as a resource for school staff, promoting inclusive and effective communication strategies
