This role is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) who thrives on making a direct impact on students’ communication success. You’ll work with a caseload ranging from PreK through second grade, supporting students’ growth and development at a crucial stage of their education. Both full-time and part-time options are available, offering flexibility while allowing you to focus on effective, individualized interventions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility
  • Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and record-keeping skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments, diagnostics, and direct therapy services for PreK-2nd grade students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to integrate strategies across learning environments
  • Engage with parents and guardians to share progress and offer resources
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
