School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Yoakum, Texas

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech-language therapy services to PreK-2nd grade students
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to help students meet their speech and language goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Offer guidance and resources to staff and parents regarding speech and language development
