Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility
- Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and record-keeping skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, diagnostics, and direct therapy services for PreK-2nd grade students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to integrate strategies across learning environments
- Engage with parents and guardians to share progress and offer resources
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
