Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible state licensure as approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal strengths
  • Ability to function independently as well as part of a collaborative team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with varying speech and language challenges
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans focused on individual student goals
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions and adjust techniques as needed for optimal outcomes
  • Monitor progress diligently, maintaining thorough & up-to-date documentation
  • Coordinate with educators, specialists, and school staff to ensure holistic, student-centered care
  • Support families by providing education and resources to facilitate involvement in the therapy process
