Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with a variety of speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
  • Meticulously monitor and document progress and response to interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure integrated, student-centered care
  • Educate and empower families to reinforce strategies beyond therapy sessions

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active, state-approved license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a supportive team
