Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a school-based SLP in a dynamic, contract role located in the York and Manchester, PA areas. This onsite position serves students across all grade levels (K-12) for a full school year. You'll collaborate with education professionals to provide speech-language services, helping students achieve their communication goals and maximize their learning potential. The assignment spans from August 18, 2026, to May 27, 2027, with a 35-hour workweek.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Certification required
  • Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certification required and must be submitted with your resume
  • Experience delivering SLP services in a school, district-wide, or K-12 setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEPs and ability to lead or participate in eligibility and planning meetings
  • Skilled in both assessment and intervention for a range of speech and language disorders
  • Demonstrated commitment to collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite speech and language therapy to K–12 students district-wide
  • Conduct assessments, create individualized goals, and deliver evidence-based interventions
  • Monitor student progress, document services, and participate in IEP process and meetings
  • Consult and collaborate with general and special education staff and families
  • Maintain accurate, timely records and uphold compliance standards
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for all learners
