A fulfilling opportunity awaits a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to work onsite across a K-12 district, providing crucial support to students from August 18, 2026, through May 27, 2027. This contract role offers a consistent weekly schedule with 35 hours onsite, serving students across multiple school sites in the York and Manchester, PA area. No virtual services are available for this position.

Your expertise as an SLP will help support communication skills and academic success for district-wide learners. Collaborate with dedicated educators, deliver targeted therapy, and participate in IEP teams to ensure every student achieves their full potential.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist certification
  • Current Pennsylvania teaching certificate (must be provided with your resume)
  • Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and case management skills
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication abilities
  • Commitment to onsite work throughout the school year

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide direct and consultative SLP services for K-12 students district-wide
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with state and district protocols
  • Offer guidance to instructional and support staff on strategies for communication needs
