As a valued member of the school community, you’ll work directly with students and educators within a supportive atmosphere, providing critical speech and language interventions in a building-wide setting (no remote options available). Your expertise will help enhance student achievement and enable children to reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications:

  • Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology Certification
  • Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate (required upon application)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Demonstrated experience providing SLP services in a school setting
  • Ability to effectively assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders with empathy and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive SLP services to K-12 students, both individually and in small-group settings
  • Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs according to district standards
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Monitor and document progress, participating in IEP meetings as required
  • Educate and advise school staff and families to support student growth

Position Details:

  • Full-time, contract position (35 hours per week)
  • Onsite role in an engaging learning community
  • School year commitment: August 17, 2026 – May 28, 2027
  • Compensation of $100 per hour reflects your valued expertise
