Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year candidates will be considered
- Pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and implement individualized therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and execute IEP goals in cooperation with educators and families
- Maintain timely, accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to foster student progress
- Provide both teletherapy and on-site services as assigned
