Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license or eligibility in Pennsylvania
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is valued, but Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in schools or healthcare settings
• Teletherapy experience is a plus
• Strong collaborative, organizational, and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, adapting methods to meet various student needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports, complying with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
• Engage in IEP development and participate in necessary meetings
• Provide services both in-person and, if needed, via teletherapy platforms
