Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license or eligibility in Pennsylvania
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is valued, but Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in schools or healthcare settings
- Teletherapy experience is a plus
- Strong collaborative, organizational, and communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, adapting methods to meet various student needs
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports, complying with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Engage in IEP development and participate in necessary meetings
- Provide services both in-person and, if needed, via teletherapy platforms
