Make a difference in the lives of students while advancing your career as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a welcoming, collaborative educational environment. Multiple onsite SLPs are needed across three dynamic locations near York, PA, with contract positions available for the 2026-2027 school year (August through May). You’ll have the opportunity to work with diverse student populations—ranging from elementary to high school—focusing on support, intervention, and skill development.

Open positions include:

  • Elementary Autistic Support, high AAC usage, caseload of 45, no case management (Dover area)
  • Middle Grades (4-8), a blend of regular education, learning support, life skills, autistic support, with both case management and related service duties (New Oxford area)
  • One Building, Complex Needs, strong focus on AAC and interdisciplinary teamwork (York area), caseload of 45, no case management
  • Secondary (high school), full or part time, transition planning, real-life skill development, caseload up to 55

Ideal background includes:

  • Valid PA Speech-Language Pathology and Teaching Certificates
  • SLP-CCC, Clinical Fellows (CFs accepted; supervision fee covered by agency), SLPA (accepted though not recognized in PA)
  • School-based SLP experience, comfort with AAC, and familiarity with diverse student needs

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language services in school settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, OTs, PTs, and vision/hearing specialists as part of an integrated care team
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans, focusing on communication goals
  • Engage in transition planning and life-skills instruction as appropriate
