This opportunity offers contract, onsite positions near York, PA, serving different student populations with supportive, collaborative teams. Positions are available across elementary, middle, and secondary levels, with each setting offering unique experiences and professional growth.

What to Expect:

  • 35 hours per week following the academic calendar (August 2026 – May 2027)
  • Four positions available, each at a different educational facility
  • Opportunities to work closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and specialized educators
  • Focus on diverse caseloads, including autistic support, complex needs, and transition planning for high schoolers
  • Highly collaborative, multidisciplinary teams fostering professional growth

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania SLP and Teaching Certificates (submission with your resume required)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; clinicians completing CFY also considered, with agency-managed supervision arrangements
  • Strong AAC knowledge and experience serving school-age children or adolescents
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work onsite (no virtual positions at this time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to assigned caseloads (elementary, middle, or secondary), tailored to students' needs
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
  • Contribute as part of interdisciplinary teams, advancing students’ functional and academic success
  • Engage in collaborative meetings and actively support school initiatives
  • Document student progress to ensure compliance with state and district requirements
