Embark on an engaging opportunity supporting students’ communication needs across a variety of educational settings in the York, PA area. This contract-based role begins with the 2026-2027 school year, with potential for ongoing assignments. As part of a collaborative speech-language pathology team, you’ll primarily serve the K-6 population, but will also work with students from K-12 in both in-district and out-of-district placements, including several schools from elementary through high school.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania (PA) Speech-Language Pathology certification required
  • Experience in providing direct therapy, completing evaluations, and preparing Medicaid billing documentation
  • Skilled in working with pediatric and school populations, preferably in settings spanning early childhood to secondary education
  • Comfort with teletherapy (hybrid schedule option of up to 1 day/week via Zoom)
  • Familiarity with IEP systems, preferably Sapphire, or ability to learn new documentation tools quickly
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants and CCC-SLPs are encouraged to apply

Role Highlights:

  • Deliver speech-language services to an assigned caseload of approximately 35 students
  • Serve three elementary schools (K–4), one intermediate (5–6), one middle (7–8), one high school (9–12), and assist with out-of-district students
  • Engage in comprehensive evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in collaborative meetings and document interventions using school-supplied technology
  • Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30am–3:30pm, following the district’s annual calendar
