Step into an engaging, school-based setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting Early Intervention and K-12 students for the 2026-2027 academic year. Multiple onsite positions are available for dedicated professionals passionate about making a positive difference in communication, language, and social development.
Open Positions & Schedules:
- Two full-time providers are needed for elementary caseloads and some case management, serving 50-55 students across two buildings (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–3:30pm, 35 hours/week).
- Role focused on children ages 3-5 with special education needs, including dedicated paperwork time during the work week.
- Both assignments are for the full academic year (August 18, 2026–May 27, 2027), with some locations yet to be determined.
Desired Experience & Certifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology certification and PA teaching certification are required prior to start.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is strongly preferred.
- Pediatric or school-based experience in either Early Intervention or K-12 settings is highly valued.
- Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply, provided a supervisor is arranged.
- SLPAs are not accepted for these positions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills are a must.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and intervention to students aligned with their IEP goals and best practices.
- Manage a diverse caseload, supporting both speech and language needs across designated age groups.
- Serve as a case manager, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, parents, and educators.
- Maintain thorough records and complete required paperwork within provided planning time.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall student support process.
