The role follows a year-round calendar, with frequent school breaks and dedicated paperwork time each week, ensuring a balanced, manageable workload.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP license, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered
  • CCC-SLP preferred but not required
  • SLPA applicants with pediatric and school-based experience also considered
  • Experience or coursework in early childhood special education
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to children ages 3-5 with a range of special education needs
  • Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and track progress
  • Work collaboratively with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary professionals
  • Offer direct intervention and support throughout the school year according to student needs
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation with dedicated paperwork hours each week

Schedule and Structure:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 35 hours per week
  • Year-round calendar with several built-in breaks
  • In-person responsibilities at a location near York, PA
