Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license (or eligibility) for the state
- Comfortable working with students in grades K through 8
- Ability to work full time (40 hours per week)
- Open to Clinical Fellows (supervision available)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for K-8 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and legal standards
- Offer direct and consultative speech-language services as required by student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
