Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license (or eligibility) for the state
  • Comfortable working with students in grades K through 8
  • Ability to work full time (40 hours per week)
  • Open to Clinical Fellows (supervision available)
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for K-8 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and legal standards
  • Offer direct and consultative speech-language services as required by student needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
