Speech Language Pathologist in Yorktown, VA

As part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 goals in collaboration with educators and family members
• Deliver both direct and indirect therapy tailored to student needs
• Monitor, document, and communicate student progress to stakeholders
• Serve as a resource to teachers, parents, and administrators, providing expert consultation to support overall student achievement

Ideal candidates will bring:

• A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• A current state SLP license or clear eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred, though strong candidates in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered
• Experience in pediatrics and school-based practice is valued
• Comfort with teletherapy modalities or experience as an SLPA is a plus
