Step into a key role supporting K–12 students as an Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year. As an essential part of the educational team, you’ll foster student growth and independence by addressing fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, and self-regulation needs across all grade levels. This full-time contract role follows the school-based academic calendar, letting you enjoy built-in holidays and breaks while making a direct impact on student learning and achievement.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Valid state Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • NBCOT certification is preferred
  • Background working with pediatric or school-based settings is advantageous
  • Familiarity with assistive technology and sensory strategies is beneficial
  • Strong collaboration skills for partnering with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions
  • Develop and implement IEP/504 goals and accommodations for students
  • Offer direct therapy services, push-in classroom support, and consultative guidance for staff
  • Adapt educational equipment and classroom environments to help students achieve greater independence
  • Maintain thorough documentation and monitor student progress
  • Actively engage in collaborative meetings to support student-centered solutions
