Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure/certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Experience with K-12 students in a school, clinical, or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to organize, document, and manage caseloads efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students (K-12)
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the educational team
