Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible Ohio SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered
  • Previous experience in pediatrics and/or school-based settings preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech/language needs
  • Deliver targeted, evidence-based therapy sessions in accordance with IEPs
  • Collaborate with other educators, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
  • Document student progress, maintain records, and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements
  • Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers regarding student communication strategies
