Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Sciences
  • Valid Ohio SLP license and/or eligibility for state certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress/completed
  • Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or healthcare environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining timely and accurate documentation
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to diverse student needs
  • Contribute to school-wide initiatives that promote communication skills and academic success
  • Offer support and guidance to students, educators, and family members regarding communication strategies
