Step into a rewarding role as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist, supporting K-12 students in a school environment near Ypsilanti, MI. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about making a meaningful impact through speech and language services—whether you’re an experienced SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, SLP-Assistant, or have expertise in pediatrics, healthcare, teletherapy, or the school setting.

You’ll enjoy a collaborative atmosphere with a team dedicated to student success. Multiple positions are available, including both SLPs and SLPAs for the 2022-2023 school year. Enjoy a consistent schedule of 3.75 hours per day (totaling 18.75 hours per week) while working with diverse caseloads across multiple grade levels.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Michigan SLP license required
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred, though Clinical Fellows are welcomed and supervision is provided
  • Versatility in serving a pediatric, healthcare, school, and/or teletherapy caseload

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech-language assessments and deliver therapy tailored to individual student needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs for students as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
