Both part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) and full-time (up to 37.5 hours/week) schedules are available, allowing you to choose the commitment that best fits your life. You will play a crucial role in helping students reach their communication goals and supporting educational staff.
Desired Experience and Credentials:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Eligible for state SLP licensure (or in process)
- Experience with school-aged populations; K-12 experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong assessment, IEP, and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students on-site or virtually
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and progress monitoring for students’ communication needs
- Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and staff
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
