Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Current Michigan licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) candidates
  • Experience working with K-12 students preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Commitment to working onsite; travel professionals welcome
  • Background in special education or school-based SLP roles is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop, implement, and document individualized therapy plans
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
  • Collaborate regularly with educators, families, and administrative teams
  • Maintain accurate, timely records according to school and legal requirements
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
