This opportunity is located in the vibrant Ypsilanti area and is available as a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), while part-time candidates are also welcome to be considered. Key Qualifications:

  • Active Michigan SLP license (required)
  • Previous experience delivering speech-language services within a school setting, supporting diverse K-12 caseloads
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner effectively with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families
  • Commitment to in-person, onsite service delivery (remote/virtual options are not available)
  • SLP Clinical Fellows will not be considered for this assignment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and deliver therapy to support students’ communication needs
  • Prepare and maintain required documentation, including evaluation reports and progress notes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal development, and provide ongoing consultation to educators and families
  • Adapt therapy strategies for individual and group sessions based on students’ unique needs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all assigned students
