Speech Language Pathologist in Ypsilanti, MI

This full-time position focuses on delivering speech-language pathology services within a vibrant school setting, ensuring every student has the communication support they need to thrive. Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Michigan licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Previous experience working in a K-12 educational environment, preferably as an SLP or Special Education Teacher
• Familiarity with managing diverse student caseloads and collaborating effectively with special education teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Please note: Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) candidates and virtual/remote applications will not be considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language pathology services to K-12 students in an onsite school environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations, maintain detailed documentation, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings, in-service trainings, and school-based initiatives throughout the academic year

Role Details:

• Contract runs from August 31, 2026 through June 4, 2027
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week; open to part-time qualified candidates
• Onsite commitment required
